Construction team reviewing a protected excavation in Southern Nevada

Monthly safety support

Outsourced safety department for Las Vegas contractors

Growing Southern Nevada contractors often need a real safety function before they can justify a full-time hire. Southern Nevada Safety Group (SNSG) provides an outsourced safety department — defined monthly field visits, documentation support, corrective-action tracking, and management reporting — for companies roughly 10–100 employees across Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas.

Who this is for

Built for the gap between growth and a full-time hire.

This service is designed for contractors whose safety workload has become too important to manage informally, but whose current workload or budget does not support a full-time safety manager.

  • Growing construction companies with roughly 10–100 employees
  • Contractors managing multiple active jobs across the Las Vegas Valley
  • Operations leaders who need consistent inspections, documentation, and follow-through
  • Established safety teams that need defined additional field support

What “outsourced” means

A defined part of a safety department, every month.

Outsourced safety support gives your company recurring professional capacity without adding a full-time position. Your agreement defines the number of field visits, documentation allowance, reporting, follow-up, and business-hours availability.

SNSG works alongside company leadership and project teams to help identify gaps, organize records, document corrective actions, and keep agreed priorities moving. The scope can be reviewed as your workforce and project load change.

What’s included monthly

Field presence connected to practical follow-through.

Scheduled jobsite inspections

Defined visits with photographs, clear findings, and practical corrective actions for your team.

Corrective-action tracking

Documented ownership and follow-up so identified issues do not disappear after the report.

Documentation support

Agreed support for written programs, JHAs and JSAs, training records, safety packets, and recordkeeping.

Training oversight

Training matrices, expiration tracking, and coordination support to help identify outstanding needs.

Toolbox-talk support

Relevant topics and documentation aligned with upcoming work and trends observed in the field.

Monthly management reporting

A concise review of visits, findings, open actions, training status, and priorities for the next month.

How it works

A clear operating rhythm.

01

Define the workload

We review your workforce, active jobs, hazards, current safety process, and immediate support needs.

02

Agree on the scope

Your proposal defines the monthly visit count, deliverables, follow-up capacity, and fee before work begins.

03

Work, report, adjust

SNSG completes the agreed support, reports results, and reviews priorities as your operation changes.

Why local

Southern Nevada field knowledge backed by safety credentials.

SNSG is built around the conditions local contractors face: active roadways, excavation and underground utility work, fast-moving schedules, owner requirements, and the practical challenge of keeping field activity connected to complete records.

Support is informed by hands-on construction and utility safety experience, formal occupational safety education, and nationally recognized credentials.

Frequently asked questions

Clear boundaries. Practical support.

Do we need to buy equipment or software from SNSG?

No. SNSG does not sell equipment and does not require a separate software purchase. Your monthly fee is for defined professional safety support and agreed deliverables.

Does SNSG take over the employer’s compliance responsibility?

No. The employer remains responsible for workplace safety, regulatory obligations, supervision, competent-person decisions, and implementing controls. SNSG supports the company’s safety process but does not replace the employer’s legal responsibilities or guarantee compliance.

Can the monthly service change as our workload changes?

Yes. Visit frequency and support capacity can be reviewed as your workforce, project count, and priorities change, subject to an agreed scope and service minimum.
