Construction team reviewing a protected excavation in Southern Nevada

Programs. Records. Follow-through.

Construction safety support for Nevada OSHA expectations

Keeping safety programs, jobsite conditions, and company records connected takes consistent attention. Southern Nevada Safety Group (SNSG) helps Las Vegas Valley contractors identify gaps, organize documentation, and follow through on corrective actions within a defined service scope.

Nevada’s state OSHA plan

Local support. Employer-owned compliance.

Nevada operates an OSHA-approved State Plan covering most private-sector workplaces and state and local government employers. Certain workplaces remain under federal jurisdiction.

Hiring a safety services provider does not transfer your company’s compliance responsibilities. Contractors remain responsible for applicable requirements, safe work practices, supervision, and implementing controls.

SNSG supports your safety management process; it does not replace the employer’s responsibilities.

Support within an agreed scope

Connect written programs to field conditions and records.

Identify safety gaps

Review observed jobsite conditions and available documentation to help identify areas that need attention and practical next steps.

Review written programs

Review agreed safety programs against the work your company performs. Major rewrites and new program development are scoped before work begins.

Organize records

Help structure training records, inspection documentation, and safety information so your team can locate and maintain them.

Track corrective actions

Document action ownership, follow-up, and status so findings remain visible after an inspection or program review.

Nevada OSHA recordkeeping support

Assist with reviewing and organizing occupational injury and illness recordkeeping information within the agreed scope. The employer remains responsible for accurate records and applicable reporting obligations.

Management follow-through

Bring open items, documentation gaps, and follow-up priorities into agreed reporting so leadership can direct the next steps.

An independent provider

Safety services—not regulatory approval.

SNSG is an independent safety services provider, not a regulatory agency. We do not issue approvals or guarantee compliance.

Our reports and recommendations are support tools, not Nevada OSHA endorsements or certifications of compliance. They do not replace implementing appropriate controls.

The service agreement defines what SNSG will review, document, and follow up on. Responsibility for workplace safety and compliance stays with the employer.

Practical project documentation

Help with the information GCs and owners often request.

Training records

Organize available workforce training documentation, track expiration information, and flag missing records for your team to address.

JHAs and JSAs

Review job hazard and job safety analyses for clear work steps, identified hazards, and proposed controls within the agreed documentation allowance.

Site documentation

Help assemble agreed safety packets and project records. New site-specific plans and additional document development are scoped separately when needed.

Inspection follow-through

Connect inspection findings with assigned actions and completion information to help show what has been addressed and what remains open.

GC and owner documentation requests vary by project. Organizing a packet does not itself establish regulatory compliance or guarantee acceptance by a GC or owner.

Las Vegas Valley service

Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas.

SNSG provides recurring field and documentation support for contractors across the Las Vegas Valley.

We agree on project locations, visit frequency, documentation allowances, and follow-up capacity before work begins. Out-of-valley work is considered with project-specific travel and coverage terms.
